1การยอมรับและผู้ให้บริการ

2อายุและผู้เยาว์

• ระบบออนไลน์ใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป
• ถ้าคุณยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายของประเทศที่คุณอยู่ (ประเทศไทยคือ 20 ปี) ผู้ปกครองต้องอ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้แทนหรือร่วมกับคุณ และต้องอนุญาตก่อนการซื้อด้วยเงินจริง
• ผู้ปกครองตั้งการอนุมัติการซื้อได้ผ่าน Google Play (เช่น Family Link หรือการยืนยันตัวตนก่อนซื้อ) หรือผ่าน Apple (เช่น ขออนุญาตซื้อ (Ask to Buy) ในการแชร์กันในครอบครัว และเวลาหน้าจอ)

3สิทธิในการใช้เกม

NECH ให้สิทธิคุณใช้เกมเพื่อความบันเทิงส่วนตัว ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ เป็นสิทธิที่ไม่ผูกขาด โอนให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้ และเพิกถอนได้ตามข้อ 10 · คุณห้าม:

• คัดลอก แก้ไข แกะโค้ด (decompile/reverse engineer) หรือสร้างงานดัดแปลงจากเกม เว้นแต่กฎหมายอนุญาตโดยชัดแจ้ง
• นำภาพ เสียง หรือเนื้อหาของเกมไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ หรือแจกจ่ายตัวเกมนอกช่องทางที่เราเผยแพร่
• ใช้เกมในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย

4ของในเกมและเงินในเกม

• เงินในเกม (เหรียญ สารพันธุกรรม ไข่มุกเหว) ปลา ไอเทม และของตกแต่งทั้งหมด เป็นสิทธิใช้งานภายในเกม ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินของคุณ ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง แลกคืนเป็นเงิน โอน หรือขายนอกเกมไม่ได้
• เราอาจปรับสมดุลของเกม เช่น ราคา อัตรา หรือความสามารถของไอเทม เพื่อให้เกมสนุกและยุติธรรม
• ของประจำฤดูหรือของจำกัดเวลาใช้ได้ตามช่วงเวลาที่แสดงในเกม
• ถ้าเล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม เซฟและของทั้งหมดอยู่ในเครื่อง — ลบแอปหรือเปลี่ยนเครื่องแล้วอาจหายและกู้คืนไม่ได้ · เปิดระบบออนไลน์เพื่อเก็บเซฟไว้บนคลาวด์

5การซื้อด้วยเงินจริงและการคืนเงิน

• การซื้อทั้งหมดทำผ่านร้านของเครื่องคุณ — Google Play (Android) หรือ App Store (iPhone/iPad) — ตามราคาที่ร้านแสดง (รวมภาษีตามที่ร้านแสดง) และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ Google Play หรือข้อกำหนดของ Apple Media Services

9สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ

• โกง แก้ไขหรือดัดแปลงตัวเกมหรือเซฟ ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น บอท มาโคร หรือสคริปต์อัตโนมัติ
• ใช้ช่องโหว่ของเกมเพื่อได้เปรียบ (พบช่องโหว่ โปรดแจ้งเรา)
• ใช้หลายบัญชีหรือร่วมมือกันเพื่อปั่นอันดับ
• ซื้อ ขาย หรือแลกเปลี่ยนบัญชีและของในเกมนอกเกม
• แอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่น คุกคามผู้เล่นอื่น หรือรายงานเท็จ
• รบกวน โจมตี หรือพยายามเข้าถึงเซิร์ฟเวอร์และข้อมูลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

10การระงับและการยุติ

• ถ้าคุณฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้ เราอาจลบคะแนน ซ่อนคุณจากอันดับ หรือระงับระบบออนไลน์ของบัญชีนั้น ตามความร้ายแรง · เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลเมื่อทำได้ · เกมคนเดียวในเครื่องยังเล่นได้
• เกมตรวจความผิดปกติของเซฟ เครื่อง และการกดโดยอัตโนมัติ — ถ้าสัญญาณถึงเกณฑ์ ผลเหวฤดูกาลจะถูกพักไว้ไม่ขึ้นอันดับ 30 วันนับจากสัญญาณล่าสุด โดยไม่แบนและไม่ลบของ (รายละเอียดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หัวข้อ 6) · การซื้อที่ร้าน (Google Play หรือ App Store) ยืนยันว่าไม่ถูกต้องจะไม่ได้รับของ

11ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

• ตัวเกม ภาพ เสียง ดนตรี ชื่อ และเครื่องหมายทั้งหมดเป็นของ NECH หรือผู้อนุญาต · ฟอนต์ใช้ตามสัญญาอนุญาต SIL Open Font License
• ถ้าคุณส่งความเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะ เราอาจนำไปปรับปรุงเกมได้โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทน

12บริการของบุคคลอื่น

เกมใช้บริการของ Google (Google Play, Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Forms) · Apple (App Store, Game Center) และ Unity (Unity Gaming Services) ซึ่งมีข้อกำหนดของตนเอง · เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการทำงานหรือเนื้อหาของบริการเหล่านั้น เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด

13การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยุติบริการ

• เราอาจอัปเดตเกม เพิ่ม เปลี่ยน หรือนำฟีเจอร์ออก
• เราอาจพักหรือยุติระบบออนไลน์ โดยจะแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันเมื่อทำได้ · เกมคนเดียวในเครื่องยังเล่นได้ต่อ

14การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน

เกมให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มี" · เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับประกันว่าเกมจะทำงานได้ตลอดเวลาหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด

15ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต NECH ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือข้อมูลในเครื่องที่สูญหายจากเหตุที่อยู่นอกการควบคุมของเรา
• เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมของเราจำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณจ่ายซื้อของในเกมในช่วง 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ
• ข้อนี้ไม่ตัดหรือจำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามตัดหรือจำกัด (เช่น จากการกระทำโดยจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง หรือความเสียหายต่อชีวิตและร่างกาย) และไม่ตัดสิทธิของผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองไว้

16กฎหมายที่ใช้และการระงับข้อพิพาท

• ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
• ถ้ามีปัญหา กรุณาติดต่อเราก่อนที่ nech.studios@gmail.com เพื่อหาทางแก้ร่วมกัน
• ข้อพิพาทที่ตกลงกันไม่ได้อยู่ในอำนาจศาลไทย · ผู้บริโภคที่อยู่ต่างประเทศยังได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายบังคับของประเทศที่ตนอยู่

17การแก้ไขข้อตกลง

18ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

1Acceptance and provider

These terms are an agreement between you and NECH, the developer of Abyss Lineage, operated by Isares Samruayruen, an individual. By tapping "Accept and play" in the game you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Contact: nech.studios@gmail.com

If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and NECH only, not with Apple — Apple is not responsible for the game, its content or its support.

2Age and minors

• Online features are available only to people aged 13 and over.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live (20 in Thailand), a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms for you or with you, and must approve any real-money purchase.
• Parents can require purchase approval through Google Play (e.g. Family Link or authentication before purchase) or through Apple (e.g. Ask to Buy in Family Sharing, and Screen Time).

3Your licence to use the game

NECH grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game, which may be revoked under section 10. You must not:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the game, except where the law expressly allows it
• use the game’s art, sound or content commercially, or distribute the game outside the channels where we publish it
• use the game for anything unlawful

4In-game items and currency

• In-game currency (coins, genetic material, abyss pearls), fish, items and decorations are a licence to use within the game, not your property. They have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out, transferred or sold outside the game.
• We may rebalance the game — for example prices, rates or item abilities — to keep it fun and fair.
• Seasonal or limited-time items are available for the period shown in the game.
• If you play as a guest, your save and items live on your device — uninstalling or changing devices may lose them permanently. Turn on online features to keep your save in the cloud.

5Real-money purchases and refunds

• All purchases are made through your device's store — Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone/iPad) — at the price the store shows (including taxes as shown by the store) and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Items are delivered as soon as payment succeeds. If you did not receive an item, contact us with the order ID (GPA.…).
• Refunds follow the Google Play refund policies or Apple's (request one at reportaproblem.apple.com) and applicable consumer law. Items you already used may be removed from your save when a refund is granted.
• For consumers with a legal right of withdrawal (for example in the EU): digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, and once supply begins the right of withdrawal ends to the extent the law allows.
• One-time purchases (such as "Remove ads forever") can be restored through the store — on Android they come back by themselves when the game opens; on iPhone/iPad tap "Restore purchases" in the shop or in Settings. Consumable items (such as pearls) can be restored only while your save still exists (on your device or in the cloud).

6Random items

• Eggs and the gacha room give random items. The odds are always shown in the game before you buy — the "View drop rates" button in the gacha room and the "Rates" button on products containing eggs.
• Each draw is independent unless a guarantee shown in the game applies (such as a pity limit).
• Items from random draws fall under section 4 — they have no real-money value.

7Rewarded ads

• Watching an ad is always your choice. Rewards are granted when the ad is watched to the end, as reported by Google.
• There is a daily limit shown in the game, and sometimes no ad is available — this is not a fault of the game.

8Online features (optional)

• You must be 13 or over and sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone/iPad). One account per person. You are responsible for access to your Google or Apple account. Accounts and saves on the two systems are separate and cannot be moved between them.
• The name other players see is the name in your Google Play Games profile or your Game Center nickname (set under that service's rules). You can hide it in Settings, and inappropriate names can be reported from the leaderboard.
• Season Abyss scores are re-checked by the server — scores that do not match real play are kept off the leaderboard.
• We may reset seasons, adjust rules or correct leaderboards to keep them fair.
• Online features are provided as available and may pause for maintenance. You can turn them off or delete your account any time in Settings.

9What you must not do

• Cheat, modify the game or your save, or use helper programs, bots, macros or automated scripts.
• Exploit bugs for an advantage (if you find one, please tell us).
• Use multiple accounts or collude to manipulate rankings.
• Buy, sell or trade accounts or in-game items outside the game.
• Impersonate others, harass other players or file false reports.
• Disrupt, attack or try to access servers or other people’s data without permission.

10Suspension and termination

• If you break these terms we may remove scores, hide you from leaderboards or suspend online features for that account, depending on severity. We will tell you why where possible. The offline game remains playable.
• The game automatically checks saves, devices and tapping for anomalies — if the signals reach a threshold, your Season Abyss results are held off the leaderboard for 30 days after the latest signal, with no ban and no item removal (details in Privacy Policy section 6). Purchases that the store (Google Play or the App Store) confirms are invalid do not deliver items.
• If you believe a suspension was a mistake, contact nech.studios@gmail.com for a human review.
• You can stop using the game any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account (see Delete your account).
• Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. sections 4, 11 and 14–16) continue after these terms end.

11Intellectual property

• The game, art, sound, music, names and marks belong to NECH or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
• If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the game without paying you.

12Third-party services

The game uses services from Google (Google Play, Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Forms), Apple (App Store, Game Center) and Unity (Unity Gaming Services), which have their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services work or their content, except as required by law.

13Changes to or end of the service

• We may update the game and add, change or remove features.
• We may pause or end online features; where possible we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the game. The offline game will keep working.

14Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always work or be free of errors.

15Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, NECH is not liable for indirect or special damages, or for data on your device lost for reasons outside our control.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the event.
• This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited (such as for intentional acts, gross negligence, or death and personal injury), and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

16Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
• If you have a problem, please contact us first at nech.studios@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it together.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. Consumers living abroad keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country.

17Changes to these terms

• Every change raises the version number and effective date at the top. For material changes, the game shows a summary of what changed and asks you to accept before you continue.
• Version 4 (20 October 2026) — adds the iPhone/iPad version: purchases, refunds and restores through the App Store · Game Center sign-in · Apple's standard licence agreement · separate accounts on the two systems · nothing changes for Android, so there is no need to accept again
• Version 3 (6 October 2026) — section 10 adds automatic holds off the leaderboard and purchases that fail verification
• Version 2 (5 October 2026) — adds sections on minors, reverse engineering, random items, rewarded ads, suspension and appeals, intellectual property, third-party services, warranties and disputes · more detail on purchases and limitation of liability
• Version 1 (4 October 2026) — first version

18General

• If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the game.
• These terms are published in Thai and English with the same content; if they are interpreted differently, the Thai version prevails.
